- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2+ Tbs minced celery
- 2+ Tbs shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/3 cup peanut oil
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/6 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or well-pureed.
- Use promptly or store refrigerated in a sealed container or bottle.
