- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbs curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 skinless chicken breast halves cut laterally to make about 8 thin fillets
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except chicken in a large ziplock bag or a flat-bottomed dish.
- Add the chicken and coat well.
- Marinate the chicken at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill over medium-high heat about 12 minutes per side, until cooked thoroughly.
