Ingredients:
½ onion, finely diced
3 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
6-oz can tomato paste (be sure to
check the label for a non-BPA lining
and recognizable ingredients)
2 Tbsp liquid aminos
5 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp raw honey
¾ cup water
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Saute onion, garlic and olive oil
in a small saucepan over medium
heat until translucent
2. Reduce heat to low and whisk in
remaining ingredients
3. Allow mixture to simmer for 5 minutes
4. Remove from heat and enjoy
