112 cup ( 125ml) barbecue
sauce
6 tbsp. (90ml} bottled
garlic-lime marinade

2 tbsp. (30ml) plus
1 tsp. (5ml) minced
garlic
20 large shrimp, peeled
and deveined
1. Preheat grill to medium-high (350° F to 400° F/180° C to
200° C). For sauce, in a small bowl combine barbecue
sauce, marinade and garlic. Remove 112 cup
(125 millilitres) of the sauce and set aside.
2. Thread shrimp onto 4 skewers;* brush both sides of
shrimp with remaining sauce. Grill shrimp 2 minutes
per side or until opaque. Serve 112 cup (125 millilitres)
reserved sauce for dipping.
