Grilled Chicken Breast or Pork Tenderloin Rub
Equal parts of each
(1 teaspoon each for about a pound added to 2 – 4 tablespoons of oil.)
Brown Sugar
Sea Salt?
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Oregano
Thyme
Parsley
Sage?
Coriander
Rosemary
Mix into 2 – 4 tablespoons of oil. Let stand for up to 1 hour then coat meat with the
mixture.
