- 1 dozen meaty chicken wings
- 1/4 cup butter
- olive oil
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- sea salt
Directions
- Cut off wing tips and discard. Cut again at joint.
- Rub a small amount of oil over wings and season with salt.
- In a skillet, melt butter and stir in hot sauce, vinegar and salt to taste.
- Remove from heat, add wings and stir well to coat.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Grill wings until cooked and golden.
