- potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- chicken breast, cut into large chunks
- whole, peeled tomatoes
- frozen peas, somewhat defrosted
Directions
- Heat some oil in a pan. Brown the chicken until mostly cooked through and set aside.
- Heat some oil in a pot. Add onion, green chilis, and ginger. Cook, stirring frequently until onions are translucent.
- Add all other spices and combine well.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add peas, tomatoes, and browned chicken. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
